Choosing Unit Size

If you would like to inspect our facility to help you decide on the unit size you require we would be happy to arrange this for you.
Our minium rental is a three month period. We require payment in advance for a minium of three months.

Receiving Your Key

Once you have chosen your unit you can sign our simplified lease agreement, pay your deposit and then receive the access codes and keys to your unit.

Flexible Agreements and Easy Payment Methods

You benefit from straight forward monthly invoicing and our "no fuss" single page storage agreement will be a welcome change if you are used to leasing traditional storage space. It allows you to hire your space immediately. The price you are quoted for your room is the price you pay - our storage charge includes utility bills, service charge, rates and security. It is as easy and straight forward as hiring a hotel room!

We offer flexible payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Laser and standing order.

What We Require When Renting A Unit 

From Individuals
  • Full name and Address of person renting unit.
  • Copy of a recent utility bill of person renting the unit.
  • Copy of driving licence/Passport of person renting the unit.
  • The person renting the unit must sign the agreement and terms and conditions.
  • Credit card number must be valid for at least 12 month from rental date.
From Companies
  • Company letterhead containing full address, phone number, fax and email.
  • Company registration number.
  • Company VAT number.
  • Names and addresses of company directors.
  • Credit card number must be valid for at least 12 month from rental date.
The above information should be in our possession 3 days before the unit is occupied.
A deposit of €50 is required for each fob.
